Fibre optics specialist ACOME has announced that it is bringing the capabilities of all its brands under a single company to better support customers in the United Kingdom as digital infrastructure projects become increasingly strategic.

By integrating Idea Optical and LYNDDAHL Telecom, ACOME Group can now deliver the entire fibre optics value chain to its customers in the telecommunications, data centre, building, transportation, energy, defense and automotive markets.

The company’s consolidated offering covers everything from the manufacturing and development of cables to connectivity solutions and microduct systems for critical infrastructures.

“This evolution reflects who we are today: an industrial group that has grown, strengthened its expertise and expanded its international footprint,” said Frédéric Briand, CEO at ACOME Group. “By reinforcing the ACOME Group identity, we are giving greater visibility to the complementarity of our capabilities and to our ability to support customers on increasingly strategic and demanding projects.”

According to ACOME Group, this new milestone supports its “Connect to 2030” ambition to build a more visible, agile and high-performing group capable of supporting the long-term transformation of its markets and customers.

“Our customers are facing increasingly complex and international projects,” said Stéphane Samson, Deputy CEO at ACOME Group. “By bringing our expertise together under a single identity, we provide them with a clearer understanding of our offering and easier access to the full breadth of ACOME Group’s capabilities”
