Swish Fibre taps Netadmin for OSS/BSS support

Swish Fibre, a UK-based full-fibre broadband provider operating in South East England,  network software vendor Netadmin to help automate the operator’s order and provisioning processes for a projected 250,000 FTTH subscribers.

Swish said it was looking for a comprehensive OSS/BSS solution which would enable it to hit the ground running (out of the box functionality), whilst allowing a number of important integrations with other key systems to enable its ‘zero-touch’ customer onboarding and provisioning goal. Additional functionality required was an ‘on-prem’ deployment model, a seamless expansion to deliver wholesale services and GDPR compliance.

Swish says that after a comprehensive RFP process in late 2019, Netadmin was chosen as the OSS/BSS supplier. The engagement model included a number of developments to facilitate integrations into network element and billing systems. The initial minimal viable product was delivered on time and has enabled Swish to deliver a streamlined order journey and service provisioning solution. The level of automation is a key enabler to allow Swish to scale in line with its build-out plans. A number of enhancements to the MVP solution are already underway or completed and include broader integrations into Swish’s CRM tool, special offers and voice service integrations.
