FTTH meeting CTO Panel to discuss opportunities for fibre
Created February 9, 2018The FTTH Council Europe has announced some details of the forthcoming conference and expo, which takes place next week, 13-15 February 2018, in Valencia, Spain.
Regarding the CTO Panel on February 14th, the announcement says, “Stay ahead of the curve with getting insight into the opportunities and challenges of fibre deployment. Learn from leading CEOs & CTOs how fibre operators and deployers cope with technical challenges and turn them into breakthroughs for cutting-edge technological innovation. The opening day of the FTTH Conference on 13 February 2018 will be dedicated to the workshops, organised by the FFTH Council’s working committees and leading actors from the technology innovator and operator communities.
Germany after the General Election – getting serious about Gigabit (13 February, 10.00-13.00)
The workshop will reflect on new aspects of the digital/broadband policy in Germany, in particular technology, business models and state aid. A comparison between the Germany and other “copper markets”, such as the UK, Italy or Belgium, will also be presented
